Know which docs work — and which are missing
Insights shows traffic, reader feedback and the searches that came up empty for every published site, so you know what to write next.
Everything on one screen
Look at the last 7, 30 or 90 days for any published site.
Views and visitors
Page views per day and unique visitors for the period.
Top pages
The pages readers open most, ranked by views.
Reader feedback
Responses to “Was this helpful?” on every page, with the share of positive ratings.
Top searches
What readers type into search, so you can see what they expect to find.
Content gaps: your next pages to write
Searches that returned nothing are listed with how often they happened. Each one is a question your docs don’t answer yet.
- 1
Spot a gap
Insights lists the searches with no results, most frequent first.
- 2
Write the page
Open a change request and add the missing content — or a better title readers will search for.
- 3
Watch it close
Once merged and published, the page shows up in search and the gap disappears from the list.
