Internal knowledge your team keeps current
Handbooks, runbooks and process docs in one place, with roles for who can change what and a review trail for every change.
Control who sees and changes what
Internal docs need guardrails. Docsheaf builds them in.
Six roles
Viewer, commenter, reviewer, editor, creator and admin, enforced on every API route.
Learn moreLocked spaces
Require a reviewed change request for every edit to sensitive spaces such as policies or runbooks.
Unlisted sites
Publish a site that only people with the share link can open, without listing it publicly.
Every change has a history
Know what changed, who approved it, and how to go back.
Change requests
Branch, edit, review and merge. Approvals and comments stay with the change.
Learn moreRevisions
Immutable snapshots of every merge, ready to browse and compare.
Audit log
An organization-wide log of membership, site and content changes.

Readers of a published site — public or behind its share link — ask questions and get answers from its pages, with sources.
Learn moreFrequently asked questions
Can I keep my knowledge base private?
Yes. Spaces are only visible to members of your organization. If you publish a site, you can make it unlisted so only people with the share link can open it.
Can I stop people from editing important pages directly?
Yes. Lock the space. Every change then goes through a change request that someone has to approve and merge.
Can I see who changed a page?
Yes. Change requests record the author, reviewers and comments, revisions keep a snapshot of every merge, and the organization audit log records membership, site and content changes.
Can I search across all our docs?
Yes. Search in the app covers every space in your organization that you have access to.
